What does your role in the team look like?
Monitoring financial administration, preparing periodic management reports and dashboards, and translating analyses into concrete improvement proposals. That forms the core of your work. Hierarchically, you report to Branch Manager Michel Cobben, functionally to the Group Financial Controller, and ultimately to CFO Lubbertus Lokhorst.
An important part of your role? Project control. Project managers at the branch come from the field – landscaping and outdoor spaces – and you will be teaching them. how they can financially manage a project and learn to understand figures. You guide them in this, without taking over their work. Do you identify backlogs or procedural deviations? Then you proactively bring these to the attention of the Group.
Your direct colleague is Nienke, a financial administrative assistant who processes basic documents and has clear ambitions to advance. You provide her with situational guidance, tailored to her development. The Bunde branch has sixteen colleagues. It is a down-to-earth and informal team with short lines of communication.
Why Dolmans Landscaping Group?

Dolmans Landscaping Group is a national player in landscaping and outdoor spaces, with branches in the Netherlands and Belgium and an informal culture with short lines of communication. At the same time, there is the professionalism of a Group Finance structure to support you. You will be given the scope to further professionalize project control at the branch and implement financial improvements, with the freedom to steer this yourself.
