Tom actually ended up at Farrow somewhat by chance and has been actively helping to build the organization since 2020. As Operations Manager, he ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes: from contracts and processes to further expanding the team. He is quick to adapt, maintains an overview, and constantly thinks about how things can be done smarter. Outside of work? Music. Lots of music.
