Do you know what a Open vacancy your cost?

Most companies don't know exactly. They do know that a traditional agency sends a bill of €10.000 to €16.000 upon placement. That an in-house recruiter easily costs €100.000 per year. And that the vacancy remains open in the meantime. We work differently. A fixed monthly fee, a fixed success fee upon placement, a twelve-month guarantee on the match. An average of €7.378 per hire. Known in advance.

Sounds too beautiful to be true?

We understand that. Further down this page, we explain exactly why it is correct, what you get in return, and what happens if it doesn't work after all.

Secondment costs you more than you thinkA seconded colleague at €65k costs you €21.000 per year in agency margin. For that, we achieve an average of three permanent placements. People who stay, get to know your organization, and are still there after a year.

1-year match guarantee

Twelve months warranty. Not six, not three.

95% of our matches are still on board after a year. But what if it does happen? Does your new colleague leave within a year, or do you have to part ways? Then we start a new recruitment process. No new success fee. Just the monthly expense reimbursement. Most agencies only cover the probationary period. We go twelve months. We can do this because we are convinced of our selection process. And because we have a vested interest in it working.

No hidden costs Measurable progress Clear rules

What do you get for that €830 per month?

Not a recruiter waiting for responses. A team that is actively working, every day, under your name. Compelling job description, SEO- and GEO-proof, published as your vacancy. Campaign on 100+ job boards and social media, promoted as your employer brand. Active search via LinkedIn and WhatsApp: passive candidates personally approached on behalf of your organization. Every profile reviewed by two consultants. Personal interview with every candidate before you see them. Weekly updates from your dedicated contact person. Live insight into the pipeline. Candidates see you as the employer, not us as the agency. Every campaign strengthens your employer brand. Whether someone is hired or not.

But with no-cure-no-pay, I pay nothing if no one shows up.

That is correct. But you do pay. Every week a vacancy remains open costs you productivity, overtime for your team, and lost output. An agency without a monthly fee has no financial interest in speed. They only benefit from you when they place someone, not from working on your vacancy. We benefit from you when we maintain the relationship. That requires quality, not volume. Our average turnaround time is well under 90 days.

"Isn't having your own recruiter cheaper?"

Do the math. A junior in-house recruiter easily costs you €100.000 per year: salary, social security contributions, LinkedIn Recruiter license, ATS, advertising budget, and training. Then that same recruiter also needs to generate 14 hires per year to reach our average cost per hire. And what if he or she leaves? Then you start all over again. Not with us.

Why is it cheaper, then?

Because our model is structured more fairly. A no-cure-no-pay agency factors its risk into the fee: 25% of the annual salary is partly a premium for the times they don't find anyone. So, you are helping to pay for other people's failed assignments. We charge a monthly fee so that we can do our job well, even if it takes longer. No inflated success fee to cover the risk. No pressure to present someone quickly. Instead, a team that is fully committed. Carglass, Dolmans, and the Municipality of Helmond have been working with us for years. That is no coincidence.

Then you only pay the monthly fee. No success fee. We don't stop after eight weeks either. We work in cycles: present, evaluate, adjust. Sometimes the target audience needs to be broader, the salary fairer, the job description sharper. We say that too. That is what you get for the monthly fee.

No. All campaigns, job descriptions, and candidate communication run under your name. Candidates see you as the employer. This strengthens your employer brand, even with candidates who are not the right fit right now.

Upon agreement, we schedule the intake immediately. After your approval of the recruitment advice, the campaign goes live within 24 hours. We typically present the first candidates within two to three weeks.

Then we make adjustments. We evaluate after every presentation round and adapt the approach. No extra costs. We keep working until your vacancy is filled.

For a single unique recruitment: cancellable monthly. With the premium subscription: 12 months, 2-month notice period.

Nothing extra. Does your new colleague leave within twelve months of placement? Then we start over. No new success fee.

It starts with the intake. We get to know your team, culture, and way of working — not just the job requirements. We then assess every candidate based on hard criteria and in a personal interview. Only when someone fits both do we present them to you. That is why 95% of our matches are still working there after a year.

Three-quarters of the best candidates do not respond to vacancies. They are not unemployed, they do not scroll through job boards, and you won't find them by waiting. We approach them directly. Via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and our own network, we connect with passive talent in your field. Not with a standard message, but with a personal approach that explains why *your* vacancy, in particular, might be interesting. That is why we also identify candidates who would never have clicked on your job description.

Then we don't stop — we make adjustments. We work in cycles: present, evaluate, adjust. Sometimes the job description needs to be sharper, sometimes the target audience broader, sometimes the salary indication more honest. Your feedback determines the next round. No extra costs, no "done once the first shortlist is set." We keep working until your vacancy is filled.

To us, a candidate is not a CV. Every candidate receives personal contact, honest feedback, and clarity about where they stand in the process, whether it turns out to be a match or not. This is reflected in our reviews: 4,8 on Trustpilot and Google, with just as many positive responses from candidates as from clients. How we treat candidates determines your standing in the market as an employer. We take that responsibility seriously.
